SUPPORT SEMIOTEXT(e)
Semiotext(e) has been entirely self-supporting since it began as a journal in 1974, pursuing its changing mission without public funding or institutional support.
During its early years, Semiotext(e) was distributed by the anarchist press Autonomedia, publishing two or three books a year. We now publish between ten and fifteen new books a year, and we’re distributed by MIT Press (Penguin/Random House).
Operating in this new corporate environment, we need your support! We are committed to paying our friends and collaborators fair rates while maintaining our editorial freedom: never choosing to publish a work for solely commercial reasons.
Please consider supporting our work. Semiotext(e) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit enterprise and any contribution you make will be tax deductible.
